Returning Unwanted Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.

Products eligible for return must:

  • Be unused.

  • Be unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Be returned in a resaleable condition.

  • Be returned within the applicable return period.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Products

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly:

  • Intimate products

  • Personal massagers and similar devices

  • Lubricants

  • Cosmetics

  • Massage oils

  • Hosiery

  • Opened lingerie where hygiene seals have been removed

  • Any item showing signs of use


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A faulty product

  • An incorrect item

  • An item missing from your order

please contact us as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, we may ask for photographs to help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Once confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Store credit (where appropriate)


How to Request a Return

Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs where applicable

Returns should not be sent without prior authorisation.


Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

Please allow several working days for your payment provider to complete the refund.


Order Cancellations

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, please contact us immediately.

We will always do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. However, once an order has entered the fulfilment process or has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Where a return is approved due to our error or a confirmed fault, reasonable return postage costs may be reimbursed.
